Ashley O’Brion is the creative director of the Midcoast Villager, a local newspaper that launched in September 2024. With a strong editorial background, primarily in magazines, she is passionate for design systems. Naturally, creating a newspaper in 2024 has quickly become her favorite design project to date. In addition to editorial design, Ashley specializes in branding, creative direction, and translating big ideas into tangible form.
A twist in her path, Ashley discovered her passion for working with clay in 2019, which has since captivated her curiosity and artistic vision. In 2022, she launched her art practice, cee and she, alongside her creative partner, Christina Wnek.
